Well, BRRRR!  We have hit a cold snap quite early here in Wisconsin.  The wind is whistling and it sure feels more like January than November!  Oh well…less time outside means more time to quilt!

Twinkling Log Cabin is one of my new favorite quilts.  I love the combination of rich browns with some pops of reds and blues that really make this 77″ square quilt shine.  I’ve said it before…log cabin blocks are one of my favorites and this one combines the log cabin block  with a star and nine-patch block.  Set on the diagonal, this quilt is a beauty to behold and fun to stitch.
